Our Commitment
This has been Human Nature's promise since the beginning. Top-quality genuinely natural products and total customer satisfaction - or your money back.
We want the absolute best product experience for all of our customers and will happily replace or refund any faulty or less than perfect item. If the product was bought from our online store, you can return the product by emailing customer.service@humanheartnature.ca within 14 days of your date of purchase.

Please provide the following information:

  • Your name, mailing address, and invoice number
  • Photo of the item for exchange (including the batch code and expiry date stamped on the product label)
  • Reason for the return

If you change your mind about what you bought and would like to exchange it for a different shade or variant, please email us the information above within 14 days from the date you purchased the product, ship it back to us in saleable condition, and we will happily ship out a replacement. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in the original packaging.

Return and exchange items are subject to a handling fee of 15% of the purchase cost.
Your order may be cancelled without charges 24 hours after the order was placed. You may submit your cancellation request by emailing customer.service@humanheartnature.ca and a Customer Service Representative will contact you to inform you of the next steps.

Cancellation after 24 hours will be subject to the standard return policy as described above.

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product.

Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) less applicable charges. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. We will notify you of the status of your refund.

All sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Delivery takes just 3-7 business days within the vicinity of major urban centres of Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Regina and Vancouver, and up to 10 business days in other municipalities. You can order online and pay by credit card or PayPal.

Pro Tip: You can opt to have your invoice shipped with your order, or just emailed to you if you're sending it to a friend as a gift.

Shipping services are provided by Canada Post. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check the status of your order.

All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time to pack and prepare orders for shipping.

All orders made online can be paid using any of the following payment options:

  • Credit Card

    Via Square Payment Method for Magento which protects your credit and identity information.

  • PayPal

    Via PayPal Website Payments Standard payment gateway which accepts credit card and PayPal payments securely.


You'll know that your purchase is successful and ready for delivery when you receive an email from us saying, "Your order has been shipped!" You'll also see a "Complete" status beside your order on your account dashboard.

After your order is confirmed, you'll receive your items within 3-7 business days.

ADVOCATE PROGRAM
